The Woman Behind The Listings: A Bit About Me

Welcome to my blog! Here, I talk about Vancouver homes, neighbourhoods, buying, selling and everything in between. But first, a little bit about me.

I was born in Vancouver and raised by a family of fiery Italians. The culture gave me a love for delicious food, fashion (hello designer shoes), and sparked my interest in real estate. As a kid, I loved being around people and developed a love for architecture and property. When it came time to choose a career, Real Estate felt like the perfect fit. I’ve been helping people buy and sell homes in Vancouver ever since.

My best friend and role model is my Mom whose honesty, patience, and kindness I strive to emulate every day. Her sense of humour is something I inherited, and if you can make me laugh, we will be fast friends. Travelling and exploring new cities is something I adore, but at the end of the day, Vancouver is the place I call home. Growing up, I watched the city grow from mellow West Coast town to international urban center, and it’s going to keep expanding. Navigating the ever-changing real estate landscape is one of the most exciting parts of my job.

Buying or selling a home in Vancouver is an adventure. You’ll encounter obstacles along the way, but when you find the perfect buyer or dream home, it will all be worth it. As a Realtor, I help people navigate the journey—facilitating sales, prospecting properties, and arranging showings— so that they can look back on the experience with a smile. Trust me, when it comes to buying and selling, having a Realtor who has your best interests in mind makes a world of difference.

Thinking of buying or selling right now? Here’s my number one tip—don’t settle! It’s one of the most common mistakes I see people make and it never fails to make me face-palm. Buying or selling is a major decision, and in my opinion, you should never settle for less than your perfect price or dream home. Yes, it can take time, but in the property race, it’s better to be the tortoise and not the hare. You’ll thank me later!

One of the main reasons I pursued a career in Real Estate, was for the opportunity to meet and work with wonderful people, and I never lose sight of how lucky I am to be a part of such a significant moment in my clients’ lives.

I started this blog as a way to share my knowledge with future home buyers and sellers and am excited to explore a whole bunch of exciting topics. Check back for more posts coming soon!
