What’s unique about being a woman in the Vancouver luxury real estate market
I’ve always been a fighter, which has made me a great negotiator and advocate for my Vancouver luxury real estate clients.
Unlike my male counterparts though, I can bring a softer approach when needed. That balance gives me a strong advantage in real estate negotiations – and makes me sensitive to my clients’ needs.
I know that sometimes you need a bulldog and sometimes you need a friend, which is why I bring both to the table!
Women homebuyers in the Vancouver luxury real estate market
Lately, more independent women are buying and selling Vancouver luxury real estate on their own. In the past, I’ve often worked with families, couples and single men, with few single women looking for luxury homes of their own.
But in the last couple of years, I’ve really seen that shift, as more single women are realizing they don’t need a man’s help to get their dream home! Every time I work with an independent woman, it reminds me of the Sex and the City episode where Miranda buys her own apartment.
I love working with single women who are entering the Vancouver luxury real estate market! It’s a great time to be a woman, especially in Vancouver, and one of the best parts of my job is standing in the corner for a powerful, independent woman who knows what she needs and wants to work with me to get it!
