Since there’s so much curiosity, I decided to give you a peek into my life as a Vancouver luxury real estate agent!
A day in my life as a Vancouver luxury real estate agent
As a Vancouver luxury real estate agent, I have long days, which is why it’s so important to get each morning started on the right foot!
I do that by having a protein shake for breakfast. After that, I do a workout. That not only pumps me up for the day but always ensures I stay strong and healthy – a must with my packed schedule!
Then I grab a coffee and get to work, putting in a 12-15 hours day. What I’m doing changes from day to day, which I love!
I can be helping sellers get their homes ready for market, walking potential buyers through a property, closing deals. I’m often on the phone making calls and connecting with my contacts and clients. Sometimes I’m helping clients sign contracts to finalize the purchase of their new home, or negotiating offers late into the evening.
The list goes on and on. One thing’s for sure though, I always put my heart and soul into everything I do!
The biggest constant in my day, however, is my favourite thing about being a Vancouver luxury real estate agent: getting to help my clients!
No matter what I’m doing, you can be sure I’m working hard with and for my clients, who are like family to me. Since I’m always on the go, I often arrange meetings over lunch or dinner. I always go for something light and healthy so I don’t start flagging before my day is done!
When I am finally done for the day, I like to unwind with a bath and a nice glass of wine. Even then, I’m thinking about what I need to get done the next day! That’s because the work of a Vancouver luxury real estate agent is never done!
