If fact, if you have a high enough mortgage or loan balance, you could end up in the hole by selling. So, you want to know what your mortgage or loan balance is – and think about it in relation to your listing price. Also, it’s vital to tell your Vancouver luxury real estate agent about any mortgage or loan balance. We can’t advise you properly if we don’t have the facts!
2. Is this the right time?
This question has two facets. The first one is personal… Do you have time to dedicate to selling your Vancouver luxury real estate? A great real estate agent who you trust can vastly reduce the amount of work required to sell you home. But there are still some things that will require your time and attention.
